Nanjing DongKun Metal Co., Ltd. has two departments. One specializes in casting, forging, stamped products and machined products. The other specializes in pet carriers (airline approved, everyday, front style, purse style), pet crates, pet tents, portable pet houses, related car travel pet supplies, dog sports supplies. Our major businesses include:
1) Casting: sand casting with floor molding, sand casting with jolt squeezer, sand casting with molding line, resin sand casting, true investment casting, lost wax process, high and low pressure die casting, permanent mold (gravity die casting), lost foam
2) Forging: hot and cold die forging, hot drop forging
3) Stamping
4) Machining: turning, milling, drill and tapping

With above processes, we can provide our customer with many options of materials, such as grey iron, ductile iron, plain carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and zinc. We have our own machining factory and one non-ferrous foundry.
